These Terms govern the image upload and transformation features on anything.art (the “Service”), operated by jiMADE AB (“Anything.art”, “we”, “us”). By uploading content or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The Service transforms your uploaded images into stylised artwork (e.g., impasto style), provides previews, and prepares files for printing. Working copies may be stored to deliver the Service. We do not claim to emulate any particular living or deceased artist.
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent. Business users confirm authority to bind the entity.
You agree not to upload or request generation of content that is:
We may block or remove content and refuse orders that violate this section.
You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant Anything.art a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, transform, create derivative works from, display, distribute and otherwise use your uploads and any generated outputs to:
To the extent new copyright arises in generated outputs, you assign such rights to Anything.art. Where assignment is not possible, you grant the exclusive licence described in 6.1. You agree not to assert moral rights in outputs to the extent permitted by Swedish law.
If an upload or output identifies a natural person, we will not use that person’s name or picture in advertising without prior consent, as required by Swedish law. We will offer an explicit opt-in for such consent.
jiMADE AB acts as controller for personal data processed through the Service.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs/adequacy). Working files/outputs are retained only as needed for the Service and limited re-orders, then deleted or anonymised per our Privacy Notice.
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complain to IMY (the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
Report suspected IP/privacy violations to hello@jimade.com with details. We may remove content and notify affected parties.
We are not responsible for low-resolution uploads, extreme crops or colour variance between screens and print. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the Service (excluding purchased goods) is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service event giving rise to the claim.
Swedish law applies. Consumer disputes may be submitted to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). The former EU ODR platform is discontinued; please use national ADR routes such as ARN.
