Right to be forgotten

1. WHAT THE RIGHT MEANS

Under Article 17 GDPR you have the right to have your personal data erased — for example where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, or where you withdraw consent. The right is not absolute: we must retain some data to comply with other law, as described in section 6.

2. HOW TO REQUEST ERASURE

Complete the form at Delete my data using the email address you have used with us. You can also email support@anything.art.

We send a verification link to that address. The link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once. That step exists so nobody else can erase your data, and so we do not erase the wrong person's data.

You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account.

3. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once you click the link the request is verified. It is then approved and carried out — in some cases automatically, in some cases after a manual check by us. You will be told when erasure is complete, and if anything could not be erased we will tell you what and why.

You can have only one request in progress at a time, and you can withdraw it before it is carried out.

4. WHAT WE DELETE OUTRIGHT

• Your saved room designs in Wall Studio, including share links
• The photos of your home you uploaded to Wall Studio
• Your membership of any shared token wallets

5. WHAT WE ANONYMISE

Some data cannot be removed without destroying accounting records or breaking references. That data is instead made impossible to link to you: your email address is replaced with a random, non-reversible placeholder, and name, phone number and addresses are removed.

• Your customer record (name, email, phone, addresses)
• Your token wallet and the transaction history for token purchases
• Your login account, if you have one

After anonymisation we can no longer find your data by searching for your email address. This cannot be undone.

6. WHAT WE RETAIN, AND WHY

• Accounting records — orders, invoices and payments. We are required to keep these under the Swedish Accounting Act for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. They are therefore not erased, but are not used for anything else.
• Usage statistics — information about how the service has been used may remain in our usage statistics. Contact us if you would like that removed as well and we will handle it manually.
• Uploaded images and generated artwork — images belonging to a placed order are kept as records of that order. If you would like your images removed, contact us and we will handle it manually.

7. CONSEQUENCES

• Unused tokens are lost. If you want them refunded, ask before requesting erasure.
• You will no longer be able to reach your order history or your saved artwork.
• We will no longer be able to help you with earlier orders, because we cannot link them to you.
• You can start again with the same email address later, but nothing from before comes back.

8. HOW LONG IT TAKES

We handle your request without undue delay and within one month of verification at the latest. If the request is complex we may extend by two months, and will tell you why.

9. YOUR OTHER RIGHTS

You also have rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection and data portability. These are described in our Privacy Policy. If you only want a copy of your data, or to correct something, you do not need to erase everything.

10. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
