Request permanent erasure of the personal data linked to your email address. We will email you a confirmation link to make sure it is really you before anything is removed.

What gets removed

  • Your account details (name, email, phone, saved addresses)
  • Your token wallet and login identity
  • The photos you uploaded to create art, and the crops made from them
  • Your saved wall designs, shared wall links included, and the room photos you uploaded
  • The prints you hearted or passed on
  • Your support conversations — chat, email and their attachments
  • Your email, customer id and stored IP addresses in our visit and usage history — the anonymous statistics stay

Order and purchase records stay: we are legally required to keep them for accounting for several years, together with the name, delivery address and contact details you gave at the time, and the photo and print file each order was produced from. Art we generated is also kept as our own work — but outside those order records, nothing points back to you any more.
