These terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy goods or tokens from Anything.art. They are supplemented by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
You place your order by completing checkout. Before you commit you see the items, the total price including VAT, shipping and any additional charges, and the estimated delivery time. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example an obvious pricing error, or the item cannot be produced — we will contact you and refund what you paid.
All prices are shown in the checkout currency and include VAT. Shipping and any other charges are shown before you commit. Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and import charges, payable by you directly to the carrier or authority.
We offer card payment, Klarna and Swish. Payments are processed by Stripe and Klarna respectively. Paying with Klarna is also subject to Klarna's own terms, shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected.
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Your posters are printed to order by our production partner and may ship from different countries.
If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded (chapter 2, section 2 of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act) you may require delivery within a reasonable additional period, and after that cancel the order and get your money back.
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have designated, take possession of the goods. Damage occurring in transit to you is therefore our responsibility — report it under section 8.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
You may tell us in any clear way — an email to support@anything.art is enough, and you may also use Konsumentverket's standard withdrawal form for the right of withdrawal. We do not require any particular form, subject line or wording.
Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay return shipping unless we expressly offer free returns. We may deduct for handling beyond what was needed to assess the goods. We refund what you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of your notice — but we may withhold payment until we have received the goods back or you have shown that they were sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A poster created from your image or your prompt is such an item, and the exception follows from the nature of the goods — not from production having started. You are informed of this and confirm it before you pay.
This does not affect your rights if the goods are defective (section 8) or unsafe (section 9).
We will still try to help if you change your mind immediately: contact us as soon as possible and, if printing has not begun, we will cancel the order and refund you. This is a voluntary service, not a legal right.
Tokens are a digital service and you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase.
We do not ask you to waive the right of withdrawal, so your 14 days stand. Contact us within that period and we will refund the tokens you have not used. Tokens you have already used are not refunded, because the service has then been performed.
We do not offer a returns window beyond the right of withdrawal unless expressly stated for a particular product.
If the goods are damaged, misprinted, the wrong item, or differ from what we stated, you are entitled to a remedy under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact support@anything.art and please attach photos.
Which remedy you are entitled to — repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation — follows from the law. We cannot choose on your behalf. In practice we normally offer a reprint, and where that is not possible a price reduction or refund. On an accepted complaint we cover shipping costs.
This section applies if goods we sold turn out to be unsafe. It is separate from the right of withdrawal in section 7 — the fact that a poster is personalised does not affect your rights here.
In a recall we will contact you directly where we hold your contact details, and publish information on the website. You will be offered at least two of: repair, replacement with a safe item of at least the same value and quality, or a refund of at least what you paid. You do not bear return costs. If you do not receive the promised remedy within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you are always entitled to a refund.
To report a safety concern or an accident caused by a product, contact support@anything.art. If you need to reach us by a means other than email, tell us and we will find a route that works for you.
If you have feedback or a complaint, email support@anything.art. We will acknowledge your case and normally respond within 24 hours.
We are liable for loss you suffer because we breached the contract or were negligent.
We do not limit our liability for personal injury, for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or otherwise where mandatory law does not permit a limitation.
Otherwise we are liable for direct loss that was foreseeable. Colour differences caused by your screen calibration, by low resolution in your original image, or by choices you made yourself are not defects — but do get in touch and we will gladly help you get a better result.
If we are prevented from performing by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as strikes, major outages, natural events or acts of authorities — our obligations are suspended while the impediment lasts. This does not limit your statutory rights, and if the delay becomes material you may cancel and get your money back.
Your order is governed by the terms in force when you ordered. We may change these terms for future purchases and will publish the new version here with a new date. If you hold unused tokens we will notify you of material changes in advance by email or in the service, and if you do not accept them you may request a refund of your unused tokens.
Swedish law governs the contract. If you live in another EU/EEA country you also retain the protection that is mandatory under the law of your home country — these terms do not restrict that.
If we disagree we would like to resolve it with you directly first. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We comply with ARN's decisions. Your referral must reach ARN within one year of the date you first complained to us, and the value of your claim must meet ARN's threshold for the relevant division — SEK 750 on the general division, which is where poster purchases fall.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no successor EU platform and the obligation to point you to it no longer applies. We refer you directly to ARN above instead.
You can also contact Hallå konsument (hallakonsument.se) or your municipal consumer adviser for independent guidance. A dispute may also be brought before the ordinary courts.
