Orders & Shipping

11 ANSWERS
Which countries do you ship to?
Sweden, for now. We're working on opening up more of Europe, and checkout always shows the delivery options available for the address you enter.
How long does delivery take?
We print your poster within 1–3 working days, and delivery inside Sweden comes on top of that. You'll see the estimated delivery date for your address in the checkout before you pay, and a tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated for your exact address and basket in the checkout, before you pay, so there's no surprise at the end. The price and the estimated delivery date are shown together so you can weigh them against each other.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What if my poster is damaged during shipping?
Send us photos within 14 days of delivery: the poster, a close-up of the problem, and the packaging with the shipping label. Keep the packaging until we've confirmed we have everything we need. We'll reprint and reship free of charge, and you don't need to send the damaged one back. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't gone to print — usually within 1–3 working days of ordering. Email support@anything.art with your order number and the new address. Once printing has started the address is locked in.
Can I order a poster as a gift?
Yes. You can send the poster to another recipient by entering their shipping address at checkout. Some orders also support transfer links so another person can accept or manage the order details.
Can I send the order to a different recipient?
Yes. Use the recipient's shipping address at checkout and your own email for order confirmation if you want to receive the receipt and tracking updates.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Gift wrapping and printed gift messages are not always available. If the option is shown at checkout you can add it there; otherwise the safest approach is to ship directly to yourself and add a personal note.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Contact support if you want multiple posters for an office, event, gallery wall, or business project. Include quantity, sizes, destination country, and timeline so we can advise on production and shipping.
Can I change the recipient after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't gone to print — usually within 1–3 working days of ordering. Email support@anything.art with your order number and the new recipient details. Once printing has started we can't change them.

Creating Your Art

12 ANSWERS
What types of photos can I upload?
You can upload photos in the following formats: JPEG/JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (iPhone photos), HEIF, and AVIF. The maximum file size is 25 MB. Our system automatically converts mobile formats like HEIC to ensure compatibility across all devices.
How long does the transformation take?
The transformation typically takes 30-60 seconds. Our system uses an advanced technology to transform your photo into a beautiful artwork. You'll see a progress indicator while your image is being processed. If it takes longer than expected, please refresh the page and check your session.
What makes a good photo for transformation?
The best photos have good lighting, clear subject matter, and sufficient resolution. Photos with high contrast and vibrant colors tend to produce the most striking results. We recommend using photos that are at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side for the best print quality.
Can I edit my image after the transformation?
Currently, you can crop and adjust the positioning of your transformed image to fit your chosen poster size. If you're not satisfied with the transformation result, you can upload a new photo and start the process again. Each transformation is unique and optimized for the selected style.
What resolution do I need for a good print?
Aim for at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side — almost any photo taken on a phone in the last decade is comfortably past that. We print at 300 DPI and enhance the image for the size you pick, so as long as the original is reasonably sharp the result will look crisp.
Can I create multiple posters from the same photo?
Yes! Once you've transformed a photo, you can select multiple sizes and orientations during checkout. This allows you to create a matching set or choose the size that works best for your space after seeing the preview.
How do I choose between portrait and landscape orientation?
After uploading and transforming your photo, you'll be able to select your preferred orientation. Portrait orientation is taller than it is wide (best for vertical subjects), while landscape is wider than it is tall (best for horizontal scenes or panoramic views). The preview will show you exactly how your image will look in each orientation.
Is my work saved?
Yes, if you enter your email. Your session is saved to that address and you can pick it up later on any device by signing in with the same email. Without an email it's only kept in the browser you're using, so clearing your cookies will lose it.
How does prompt-only mode work?
Choose prompt-only creation, describe the artwork you want, pick a style and size, then generate. You can iterate on the wording until the result feels right before adding the poster to your cart.
How do I use prompt add-ons?
Add-ons are optional creative modifiers, such as extra mood, finish, or style details. When an add-on costs tokens, the interface shows that before it is applied.
Can I resume a session on another device?
Yes. Save or verify the session with your email, then use the same email on the other device and open the resume link or your session list to carry on where you left off.
Can I share my poster session with someone else?
You can create a share or resume link for a saved session. Only share it with someone you trust, because the link can allow them to view or continue the poster configuration.

Quality & Printing

12 ANSWERS
What does a poster cost?
Posters from the store are 99 kr for 21 × 30 cm, 199 kr for 30 × 40 cm, 299 kr for 50 × 70 cm and 399 kr for 70 × 100 cm. Frames and premium paper are optional extras, priced before you check out. Posters you create yourself are priced in the studio as you build them, so you always see the total before paying.
What paper do you print on?
An uncoated matte art paper made for fine-art prints — heavy enough to hang flat without curling, with a smooth surface that holds fine detail and keeps colours matte rather than glossy. You can choose standard or premium: premium is a heavier stock with a little more depth in the darker tones and a more substantial feel in the hand. You'll see the choice and the price before checkout.
What sizes are available?
Four sizes, in both portrait and landscape: 21 × 30 cm for a desk or a small wall, 30 × 40 cm which fits standard frames, 50 × 70 cm as a proper statement piece, and 70 × 100 cm for maximum impact. Every size includes a small bleed margin so the print runs cleanly edge to edge. If there's a size you'd really like that isn't here, tell us — we can often sort it.
How is the color accuracy?
Your poster is printed at 300 DPI with professional color calibration. The transformation process enhances colors to create the selected effect while maintaining the integrity of your original image. Colors are optimized for print and will closely match what you see in the preview on your screen.
Do posters come framed?
They're sold unframed by default, and you can add a frame while you're choosing your size. Frames come in black, white, natural wood and dark wood, and every colour works with all four poster sizes. You'll see the frame options and their prices before checkout.
What is the print quality guarantee?
If a poster turns up damaged, misprinted or simply not as it should be, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. Send a photo and we'll take it from there — you won't need to post the faulty poster back. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
How long does it take to print my poster?
Posters are professionally printed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. This is separate from shipping time. The total delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I see a proof before printing?
The preview you see during the creation process is an accurate representation of how your poster will look. What you see in the final preview before checkout is what will be printed. If you notice any issues, you can adjust the cropping or start over with a new transformation.
Do you offer frames?
Yes. Black, white, natural wood and dark wood, in all four poster sizes, with a slim wooden moulding and shatterproof glazing. A framed 21 × 30 cm starts at 199 kr — you'll see the exact price for your size and colour before checkout.
Which frame colors are available?
Four: black, white, natural wood and dark wood. All four work with every poster size.
What is the difference between standard and premium paper?
Both are the same uncoated matte art paper with the same print quality — the difference is the weight of the stock. Premium is heavier, which gives a little more depth in the darker tones and feels more substantial in the hand. Both options and their prices are shown before checkout.
Can I order a framed poster and an unframed poster together?
Yes, if both options are available for the selected poster size. Each poster is configured individually before checkout, so your cart can contain different sizes, frames, and finishes.

Account & Billing

13 ANSWERS
Do I need an account?
No — we'd rather not make you set one up. Enter your email and we'll save your session so you can come back to it, and that's all the account you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
Through Stripe we accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Klarna, Swish, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on devices that support them. Everything is processed securely by Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers — all payment data is encrypted and handled by Stripe to PCI DSS standards.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged when you complete your order. The payment is processed immediately, and you'll receive an email confirmation. Your poster will then be sent to our print partner for production.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you the moment your purchase goes through, with the items, VAT, total and payment details on it. You can use it for expenses or accounting.
What currency will I be charged in?
Swedish kronor (SEK). That's the currency shown across the site and the amount you're charged — there's no conversion step.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. Every price on the site includes Swedish VAT, so the total in the checkout is exactly what you pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't gone to print — printing usually starts within 1–3 working days of ordering. Email support@anything.art with your order number and we'll sort it out. Once printing has started we can't stop it, because your poster is already being made.
How does Klarna work?
Klarna may be available for Swedish checkout through Stripe. If Klarna is offered for your order, you will see it as a payment option before you pay. Klarna's own terms apply to the payment method you choose.
Can I use my poster commercially?
The poster, and any digital file you buy, are licensed for your own personal use — hang it, give it away, enjoy it. Commercial use of the generated artwork isn't included, since that image belongs to anything.art. If you need commercial or licensing terms, email support@anything.art and we'll put something in writing.
Can I delete my data and photos?
Yes. Email delete@anything.art from the address connected to your session or your order and we'll remove your photos, your generated images and your personal data. Some order, payment and accounting records have to be kept for a period for legal reasons, but your creative files can go.
Do you store my uploaded photos forever?
No. If you start a poster and never order it, the uploaded photo and everything generated from it are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you did order, we keep the files so we can reprint or handle support on your order. Either way, you can ask us to delete everything sooner — email delete@anything.art from the address on your session or order.
Why do you ask for my email?
Your email is used for order confirmation, tracking, support, saved poster sessions, and token wallet access. We use email verification codes instead of passwords for these lightweight flows.

Returns & Exchanges

9 ANSWERS
Can I return my poster?
Store posters: 14 days from delivery, for any reason, as long as the poster is unused and in its original packaging. Posters you created yourself: no, not for a change of mind — each one is printed to order for you alone, the same rule that applies to any made-to-order item, and you'll see it in the checkout before you pay. Anything damaged, misprinted or wrong: always covered, whichever kind you bought. We reprint or refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@anything.art with your order number and we'll send you return instructions and the return address. For a change-of-mind return the return postage is yours; if the poster is damaged or misprinted we cover everything. Posters you created yourself can't be returned for a change of mind.
What if my poster has a printing defect?
Exactly the same as any other problem with a delivered poster: send us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. You don't need to return the faulty one. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Store posters: yes, within 14 days of delivery. Send the original back unused and in its packaging and we'll ship the new size, adjusting the price difference either way. Posters you created yourself can't be exchanged, because each one is printed to order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned poster and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What condition does the poster need to be in for a return?
The pre-made poster must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of posters that have been framed, mounted, or damaged after delivery. The poster should be returned in the same condition you received it.
What if I'm not happy with how it turned out?
Talk to us before you order. You get 10 free standard generations a week, so there's room to adjust the crop, try another size or start again from a different photo until it looks right. Once a custom poster has been printed we can't take it back, but if there's something wrong with the print itself we'll always replace it.
Can I return a custom AI poster if I changed my mind?
No. A poster you created is printed only for you, so change-of-mind returns don't apply — the same as any made-to-order item. If there's something wrong with the print itself, that's always covered: send us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint it or refund you.
What photos should I send for a damage claim?
Send clear photos of the damaged poster, packaging, shipping label, and any visible dents or tears. Keep the packaging until support confirms what is needed.

Tokens & Credits

9 ANSWERS
What are tokens?
Tokens are credits you can use for AI features on Anything.art. A token lets you create, refine, or extend an artwork when you want more than the free weekly generations. Your tokens are connected to your email wallet, so you can come back later and continue from the same balance.
How many tokens does a generation cost?
Most AI actions cost 1 token: a new generation, prompt-only generation, prompt refinement, or an advanced add-on. You always see when a token will be used before you start the action.
What token packages are available?
Three bundles: Starter, 5 tokens for 29 kr; Popular, 20 tokens for 99 kr; and Pro, 50 tokens for 199 kr. One standard generation costs one token.
Can I buy a custom amount of tokens?
Yes. On the Tokens page you can choose a preset bundle or buy a custom amount, so you only purchase what you need for your next creative session.
How do free weekly generations work?
You get 10 free standard generations every week. The week runs from your first generation rather than resetting on a fixed day. Advanced styles, prompt-only creations and refinements always cost a token each, so the free allowance covers standard generation. If you're signed in with your email the allowance follows your wallet; otherwise it's counted for the browser you're using.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens stay in your wallet until you use them — there's no expiry date. Sign in with the same email address you bought them with and your balance will be waiting. If it looks wrong, email support@anything.art from that address and we'll track them down.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a paid generation fails before producing a result, the system is designed to avoid charging the token. If you see a token deducted for a failed generation, contact support and include the email connected to your wallet.
How do I sign in to my token wallet?
Enter your email and request a verification code. The code signs you into the token wallet for that email, without a password. Use the same email on other devices to access the same wallet.
Can I share tokens with someone else?
Tokens belong to the email wallet used at purchase. You can use the same email to access the balance on another device, but avoid sharing your verification codes with others.

Generation & Styles

8 ANSWERS
Which AI models do you use?
Anything.art uses a multi-provider AI pipeline. The exact model can vary by style and availability, but the system is built to try the best configured provider first and fall back to another provider when needed.
What is the difference between standard and advanced styles?
Standard styles are designed for quick, reliable transformations. Advanced styles can use richer prompts, extra parameters, prompt-only creation, or add-ons, and may require tokens.
Can I create art without uploading a photo?
Yes. Prompt-only mode lets you describe what you want in words and generate artwork from the prompt. You can also use reference images when the style supports it.
What are @mention reference images?
In prompt mode, reference images can be named and mentioned with @. This helps the prompt point to a specific person, pet, object, or scene while keeping the text readable.
Why did my generation fail or retry?
AI generation can fail because of provider availability, temporary network issues, unsupported input, or safety filtering. The system may retry with another configured provider before showing an error.
Can I generate adult, violent, or copyrighted content?
No. Prompts and images must follow our safety rules. Content that is sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or clearly intended to copy protected characters or living artists may be blocked.
Who owns the generated artwork?
You keep ownership of the photo you upload — we don't take that from you, and you're responsible for having the right to use whatever you upload. The artwork the AI creates from it belongs to anything.art. When you buy a poster or a digital file you get a licence to use that image for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you'd like your images removed altogether, email delete@anything.art and we'll take care of it.
Will my generated art be shown publicly?
Your generated artwork is not automatically published in a public gallery. If we ever want to feature customer artwork, we will ask for permission first.
