Cancel an order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. We will send you a link to confirm - for your security, only the person who can open that inbox can cancel the order.

How it works

You confirm using the link we email you.
We immediately ask our print partner to stop production.
If they can still stop it, your order is cancelled and refunded in full.
If it has already gone to print, our support team takes over and contacts you.

Orders can usually be stopped within about 48 hours of ordering. It is always worth trying - we check with our print partner either way.
